I am XXXX XXXX, and I'm submitting this complaint myself, and there is NO THIRD PARTY INVOLVED. I, XXXX XXXX, consumer, and natural person, have submitted a complaint, ( CFPB COMPLAINT CASE NUMBER:XXXX-XXXX ), to XXXX XXXX of PROFESSIONAL DEBT MEDIATION, INC. on XX/XX/2021 and have also submitted all documents through mail with certified mail receipt number of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with an invoice attached with all of the documents which they've received on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX pm. In the invoice, there is a due date listed on XX/XX/2021 of {$1000.00} per violation listed and damages of {$2000.00} with a total of {$10000.00}. I was supposed to have received my check in the mail by the due date listed and no later than 3 days of the due date, a 1 % late fee per day would be assessed until it's paid in full. It is well past the due date and I still have not received my check in the mail per listed violation of my rights as a consumer.
