I signed up for an American Express Delta Gold card with a XXXX sign up bonus after the required spend. I met the required spend, Amex credited my account on my Amex statement for approx 72,000 miles, but has not transferred the points to XXXX. I have called Amex multiple times and have not been able to get Amex to transfer the points even though they are in my Amex account. I have attached a copy of the Amex statement which shows I have accrued the points.
