This {$200.00} debt was for a medical bill that was paid in full in XXXX of 2020. Statement of the bill was received in XXXX of 2020 and the bill was paid. Radius Global refuses to remove it from the system so it continues to show up on my credit score as a negative impact. My credit score of XXXX is brought down to XXXX because of this. I am a XXXX constantly caring for others but human decency isnt shown for us. I had asked that Radius Global remove delete this from my file since I do not have anything else negatively impacting my credit and they refused. Because of this I am unable to refinance my home which would bring down my monthly mortgage payment so that I can afford other things for my children. I have requested that radius global remove/delete this from my account but they refuse. There is no reason to purposely hurt someone elses credit and cause them to struggle financially. Especially if the debt has been paid.
