I do not agree with the company furnishing negative information to Experian. This company is not following federal guidelines. In attempts to injury and coerce payment of the alleged debt they have furnished many negative marks on my consumer report which are affecting my ability to obtain credit. Experian nor any other consumer reporting agency has my written permission to furnish any information without my written permission.
