It's been over 30 days since i purchased the car cash in full and still have not received the title even though Florida statutes state the title must be received by the purchaser no longer than 30 days from the purchase date. I've gone back and forth with customer service too many times to count each time and told different things. I don't know why this has to be so difficult. The funds were taken out of my account a minute after I personally handed the cashier 's check to the dealer all I'm asking for is proof of ownership in return. I've submitted email requests; written requests done all they've asked with online forms etc. to no avail. It pains me that I even have to go this route but feel like I have nowhere else to turn.
