XXXX XXXX has just destroyed every credit report ( XXXX equifax, XXXX ) with inaccurate information and predatory lending practices. They report payments being made that are not happening, then they will turn around and report payments not being made after the case with the vehicle in question has been resolved in court. Just last week I saw payments being reported made & I have not made any payments for a few years now. I looked through the contract for the vehicle and noticed that there was a job listed for my consigner that she never had with income in order to secure the loan. There were alot of other inaccuracies that they used to put us in a vehicle that was overpriced & we could not afford, ran through the contract quickly when we were signing so we would not notice. We made payments for years and not one payment is listed on any credit report. They keep reporting payments & erasing them causing havoc on my credit scores. I have complained & disputed this many times with all 3 credit bureaus and it still is on my credit report causing major damage to my score for years. They have also been sued in court by consumers for predatory lending just a few months ago. XXXX XXXX is terrible and they should not be allowed to damage peoples lives like this. This account needs to be removed from my credit report & my cosigner.
