I have been disputing with Capital One & XXXX for weeks on a rental car that I paid up front on and never pick up because they would not take my insurance ( and they wanted to charge an additional {$1200.00}, XXXX rental car ) but either company will not refund me in the amount of {$1300.00}. I picked up another car through XXXX rental car the same day all this took place with XXXX in the amount of {$1400.00} and they took my insurance no problem. It was around the holidays and I just wanted my money back ( {$1300.00} ) and would still like it back as I never picked up the car through XXXX to begin with. I have exhausted all my options. Ive spoke to different managers between both of the companies multiple times and nobody seems of help. *Capital One stated if I sent them proof that XXXX stated they would give me a refund with a fee they would be able to help me which I did and included now and they still told me they couldn't help me.
