I financed my education through Sallie Mae. My Mom co-signed all of my loans. In XXXX of XXXX, these loans were paid in full. I re-financed with XXXX and my Mom paid some out of her personal savings. I received XXXX emails the other day. I called Sallie Mae and spoke with a XXXX XXXX XXXX who advise me that loan XXXX was paid off but she couldn't tell me why I was receiving emails. She then said there is a loan XXXX -- I know nothing about this loan and have received no information regarding this loan via email or mail. She claims it was dispersed in XXXX of XXXX but has failed to provide any documentation supporting this loan. I am not being treated fairly here, I am being sent emails about an account that is paid in full telling me I am delinquent, but then they say that is paid in full. They they tell me about another supposed loan XXXX which I know nothing about. They say they have been emailing me, I have asked for proof of these emails but they have not sent anything. I dont believe this loan is legitimated, and I dont feel that I should be reported to the Credit Bureau when there is a dispute going on. They have been paid over {$35000.00} for these loans. I demand justification. I have asked XXXX for my financial documents. Please help me, the way I am being treated is horrible, and no one is helping. They refuse to send me anything to support his {$8000.00} loan. I refinanced my loans at a much lower rate, don't you think if I knew about this one I would have included it. Please help.
