21st morgage company several times we call our home was never finished for starters there was and still is mold here and there but our roof leaked for 6 months nobody would help anyways ive called to make my payment yes i was late its been very very hard with XXXX and my bad accident which has left me with a XXXX and neck and back major issues including surgerys now soon XXXX but i call to make payment they fight cuss argue to the point i have to call 5 times in a row and finally they will take payment i also have told them were are having a hard time and asked for relief due to covid really affecting us but no they say we are not backed federally we wont help everytime they have sent 2 notices of intent to forclose when we were only a month behind they bully us constantly and call me names cuss at me refuse our payment among many other issues im going to lose this house if i cant get help or relief then where are me and my children going to live covid has really hurt us in so many ways and 21st morgage are the worst ive ever seen nobody can believe how they talk to us many have heard while im on speaker deny payment and or harrass me until im ready to give up on it all then send harrassing letters 15 days in on being late saying intent to forclose please help
