I started a mortgage process and got a copy of my FICO report, then I was able to see that an account that is not mine was added to my credit report, from them I have disputed this account within the 3 bureau credit offices, also have reported to the Bank which the fraud account has been set but it is still under investigation from XX/XX/2021 but haven't received final resolution. I have never used this bank for any loan and they say that the information is accurate, similar response I got from 2 of the Credit Companies which is false and it's impacting my ratio debt and credit score, increasing my level of stress handling this situation.
