On XXXX my daughter contacted me about a phone number of XXXX that kept calling her asking for myself. She preceded to tell them that that was not her phone number and please quit calling. They called back two more times ( a total of three times on this day ) and when my daughter said this is not my moms phone they hung up on her. She said the gentleman was a complete jerk and very rude. The third call was a lady saying I had to go to court over money I borrowed. I have never received any court documents for this place of business. I was late two payments in XXXX and settled out on a payment plan with them. Just out of the blue they call and harass my daughter.
