Capital One has a " shopping '' program, click on the store and Capital One will link you to that store for your x % cash back. On XX/XX/XXXX I went THROUGH Capital One 's site to XXXX - for a 4 % Cash Reward - and made my purchase. I was then returned to Capital One 's site and congratulated. Total {$83.00} Cash Rewards that were credited to me were {$1.00}. 1.25 % which my card gives me automatically - NOT the {$3.00}. I have called 3 times : 1st called got me nowhere. 2nd sent me to the rewards department and I was told to write an E-MAIL! to help @ Capital One.com explaining the situation - a month ago and no answer ( surprise )!. 3rd They " filed a complaint '' with their supervisor to review and get back with me, but could not give me a confirmation number. I've started looking back through my past " rewards '' and have noticed other discrepancies.
