I rent a apartment in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX. When I was planning to move out, I went to the leasing office and discussed with XXXX XXXX for a date for a room cleaning check. When I moved out, I cleaned up my room and utility appliances with a professional standard, All rooms and appliances very clean and spotless. A young gentleman, leasing office staff came to check and were very satisfied. But after I moved out, I received a bill with a charge for carpet {$70.00} and cleaning {$160.00}. Because all room and utilities appliances very clean, they can not charge me for that. I sent a email regarding this charge to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX, XXXX Customer Care Specialist, and XXXX XXXX, XXXX Customer Care Specialist, but all they didnt respond. XXXX sent this bill to collections company Genesis Credit Management LLC. I sent many email to Genesis, but Genesis never reply my email. Genesis constantly call my phone. I didn't owe anything to XXXX XXXX XXXX. In additional, when I moved in, the room didn't clean up and I find people to clean the room. XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't pay me the cleaning fee.
