Hello I spent XXXX hour on phone with Capital One and they refused to help me get a payment extension for the XXXX car loans i have. One loan that ends in XXXX with a payment of XXXX and the other Car Loan that ends in XXXX with a payment of XXXX. I asked to skip XXXX 's payments for both cars due to getting covid and having complications from covid. they kept telling me to just pay the amounts 7 days after the due date. I kept asking why they wouldn't give me an extension for both car loans and then they said we are going to get you to a manager to assist you. I waited and waited and then they hung up the phone.
