Consumer Narrative

I have had an exceptional payment history for at least 10 months now after a bankruptcy last year. No missed payments, paid a loan off and picked up another small one to continue to help build my credit. My credit score dropped by 20 points last month for no reason whatsoever. I have called and tried to get them to explain and they told me they couldnt because they were not qualified to do it. I am under the impression that they are trying to get a little retribution because I sent them a couple of letters, emails, and made some phone calls to try and make them do their job or we would be meeting on the inside of a XXXX XXXX XXXX to let a judge figure it out and they are making an attempt to retaliate against me for it. I made a point to tell them that I am very serious about my credit file now that I have went through a bankruptcy to get a clean slate. Apparently they think I am joking. I missed 2 payments on a car loan in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX but since I havent missed a payment on anything and my credit score has been going down regularly over the last several months. I have had to contact them 5 or 6 times over the course of the last year to try to get information corrected and investigated and they have literally done nothing. They are always wanting to tell me they are reporting what is being reported to them but I am calling my creditors and they are giving me the dates of every time they report to the credit companies but the credit companies will go three or four months sometimes without updating my file with the information that my creditors are giving me and only after I call and complain or dispute are they forced to do their job and at times they still do not do it. I think they should be thoroughly investigate and criminal complaints need to filed against them I will be more than happy to put my signature to them. I have had quite enough of their garbage and they have been warned by me personally several times. I would appreciate anything the CFPB could do to help me in this matter. We will be visiting court if this can not be resolved through this body but I am doing my due diligence to try and get things taking care of before the papers go out. Thank you.
