To whom this may concern, my rights are being violated by Experian under the federal laws that I've listed below : 1 ) 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) Notice of Results of Reinvestigation 2 ) 15 USC 1692 ( g ) ( a ) Validation of debts 3 ) 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( 1 ) Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information 4 ) 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Accuracy of Report I've tried numerous times to resolve this issue with Experian with little to no success. I asked them to reinvestigate the account as it does not belong to me but someone else. I asked them to provide me with a copy of the investigation and I am yet to receive it. Experian is hurting my credit score and credit worthiness by them failing to report accurate credit information on my credit report.
