I have never had an account with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. There have been numerous phone calls contacting them and they have confirmed that no such account ( s ) have ever existed with them. They sent me a letter indicated that it would be removed from my credit report yet ; it/they are still being reported. I would like the accounts they or someone created, removed from my credit report. Also, there was an account with XXXX XXXX that was paid in full and is now reflecting a zero balance but is being reported as a charge off and not as paid in full. I was told by XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and provided written verification that the account was paid but they are indicating that it is being reported as a charge off by the original creditor which is comenity bank even though it was paid. It's is just a lot of run around and I keep being told by the companies ' representatives to keep disputing these items with the credit bureau and the credit bureaus just don't remove them ( even with written proof ) or they remove them and put them right back on my credit report.
