On XX/XX/2021 I closed my account with lending clubXXXX XXXX However I had a {$500.00} transfer from my XXXX account going into this account According to XXXX XXXX they said they would reject my funds and it would be going back into my XXXX account. I have filed a case with XXXX and XXXX bank and both banks claim they dont have my {$500.00} transfer which shows it left XXXX XXXX into XXXX but no where to be found I provided XXXX XXXX with a Web ID number XXXX It was transferred over to XXXX XXXX account XXXX There is no way two major banks lose {$500.00} I need this investigated immediately and my {$500.00} returned
