I am hired as Jr. Payment Assistant by the company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Document Number : XXXX, FEI/EIN Number ). My direct Manager 's name is XXXX. My daily task is or are : once the company deposed money or transferred money to my Wellsfargo account, I do have right to the gas and 4 % as commission for all transactions. I have to depose the money to a different location of the Bitcoin machine. Once the client 's money is deposed, I have to take a screenshot or receipt and send it to my manager. On XX/XX/2022, in the morning around XXXX am, I received an email from Wellsfargo informing me that my account is closed due to XXXX or more unauthorized transactions from my employer. On XX/XX/2022, I didn't have anymore a dollars for my company in my bank because I sent out all money for the company 's clients. However, I still have my own money ( {$2300.00} ) which Wellsfargo blocks. The money is my account is my money to pay my rent, utility bills and expenses for my children including my XXXX daughter. I went to the bank branch at XXXX close to the mall of Georgia, and the bank refused to open my account. My rent is due today including my car loan and other bills. Due to the Wellsfargo action, I will not be capable of providing financial assistance to my family, buying food, pay my bills, also, my landlord will not renew my lease which ends next month due to the unpaid rent. I have emailed all documents I do have to the bank to prove that the company i real and also I am working for the company, but wellsfargo still bocking my bank account causing me and my family emotional distress and risk to file bankruptcy.
