For the past year and a half I have personally been trying to clean up and manage my credit. My credit is at its worst right now but as soon as I start having items removed for violations or even debt paid in full a random item happens to appear. About 2 months ago this item has appeared out of know where on my credit. I have no clue who XXXX XXXX XXXX is nor have I ever done business with this copy. So I sent a Validation of Debt to the address provided by XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX but only to have the mail returned. How can this company randomly put a item on my credit report and have a incorrect address? How can XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX allow this? I then send a proof the letter was returned to me to all three major credit bureaus. The account was never properly investigated if it were investigated at all. The all came back verified. How can you verify this company with they are not reporting a correct address on top of not having a phone number listed? I have a new born baby less than XXXX XXXX XXXX. How am I suppose to purchase a new car so I can get him to his new born Dr checkups?
