In answer to a CFPB complaint also in XXXX, XXXX, the missing payment of XXXX, XXXX was found and credited back to the mortgage. The missing payments of XXXX & XXXX should be investigated so it can be verified that the loan was not delinquent in XXXX and the Foreclosure is illegal and should be reversed in favor of the mortgagee by titling the house to the mortgagee for {$16000.00} and no further payments. Or return the house for {$2000.00}.
