XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX Sc XXXX has been reporting false information, about me, to the credit bureaus for over 2 years. I filed a police report for fraud and identity theft, regarding this account and others. The account has been removed from my credit report on multiple locations but after it is removed XXXX XXXX XXXX will then have it reported to my credit report again under their partner, Collection Agency, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Same owner ( s ), same city, state and address. As of XX/XX/2021, They are claiming that I owe them a loan in the amount of {$24000.00}. I have never taken a personal loan out with this company and I certainly have no written agreement with them. In XXXX XXXX XXXX, I faxed and certified mail them a letter asking for proof of this loan that they're claiming that I owe them. I also demanded that they contact the credit bureaus and have this false collection account removed from my credit bureau. I was never sent written proof of this loan agreement, nor was the collection removed from my credit reports.
