CAPITAL ONE is a company that is regulated by CFPB and they are in violation of laws, statues, and codes that they shall abide by. CAPITAL ONE has taken adverse action against me by closing my accounts due to none payment for medical related complications Im experiencing. CAPITAL ONE went to the extreme and reported to the consumer reporting agencies numerous times late payments which is transactions between the consumer and the person ( CAPITAL ONE ) and utilization which is the experience between the consumer and the person ( CAPITAL ONE ) making the report. Congress says that transactions OR experiences between the consumer and the person making the report is not included in your consumer report.
