My representation negotiated a settlement for a pay for delete. Velocity Investment told my representation that it will take approximately 60 days for this to update on my credit report. This account is still on there. 60 days was on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my representation contacteXXXX Velocity Investments and they told my attorneys they its still processing. Can you please help with this matter.
