I am a part of a Class Action Lawsuit with Ally Financial which was settled on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX part of the settlement is that Ally will request the the three nationwide consumer reporting companies delete trade-line information on every persons credit report related to our account with Ally which is the subject of the case.
