This complaint is against United Wholesale Mortgage ( UHM ) regarding a recent refinance with them. Our prior bank was XXXX XXXX XXXX Due to errors in UHM 's closing documents, we ended up having to sign two times. Once on XX/XX/2021 and the second time XX/XX/2021. The main complaint is UHM has in it's records that the loan closed and funded on the original signing XX/XX/XXXX, which did not happen. The problem with this is we are being charged for five weeks of interest that we did not incur. ( This is the time period between when we originally signed XX/XX/XXXX and the subsequent signing XX/XX/XXXX that did record and fund ) We originally signed our loan documents on XX/XX/XXXX but this loan never closed. This was caused by a mistake on the deed. Our middle names were omitted from the notarized document and did not match the deed. The title company was unable to record the deed because of this. At this point the loan died, ie : ( The money was never disbursed and sent back to UHM. We then had to start the whole process over with our loan broker ). The 750K that UHM wired to the title company in early XXXX was returned back to them. I have been trying to resolve this issue since XX/XX/2021. I sent UHM a letter on XX/XX/XXXX with the correct signing. Prior to that I sent UHM four inquiries as to when this issue would be resolved. I called them today and was told that the loan start date is correct and if I have a problem with that I should reach out to the tittle company and or my loan broker. I reached out to both of them in late XXXX and to date, nothing has been resolved. Will you please help me get this resolved?
