Consumer Narrative
I asked for my XXXX XXXX XXXX to be added to my personal checking and savings account. The bank messed up the first, 2nd and 3rd attempt to create this change, which they admit is due to training issues. The errors they made caused my paycheck from my employer to be auto rejected because they froze my account without my knowledge. My employer then had to mail me a paper check. Also, my credit card payments were not made on my auto-pay since they froze my account. This caused NSF fees to be applied. I have spoken and met with the assistant manager XXXX XXXX, Manager XXXX XXXX, Vice President XXXX XXXX, and various other staff, but the NSF fees have not been resolved as of today.
