I traded my purchase loan vehicle into XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to start a lease on a new vehicle. I requested a loan payoff good thru the XXXX of XXXX from PenFed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a payoff check in XX/XX/2021 and have proof it was signed for by XXXX. at XXXX on XX/XX/2021. To this day my account shows that I am due for the XXXX payment of {$1300.00} and the remaining loan amount of {$39000.00}. Since then I have called in over 3 times to get this resolved and I have been told it was being investigated, that it will soon post, and not to worry about it. To this day nothing has been done and I am receiving various types of notifications that my loan is in default. This is obviously in violation of FDCP regarding my loan that should reflect a paid in full status! I need this to be resolved ASAP!!!!!
