I advised company in XXXX, XXXX, and again on XX/XX/XXXX, with a three way call with XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and my insurance company ( XXXX ) that bills are not outstanding and were paid by XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. elec pymt XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX amount of XXXX and chk no XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX in spite of this the accounts were still sent to AWA collection agency. many subsequent phone calls to bith XXXX and awa. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX says AWA to remove these charges. AWA says has no notification from XXXX. My acct sent to three credit bureaus XX/XX/XXXX. Now my XXXX XXXX XXXX affected by this action. I am XXXX yrs old and XXXX inefficient accounting department has caused undue stress in my life for two bills that were paid yet not properly noted as paid18 months ago. in the hospital in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX. this is not helping.
