ISSUE # 1 I have a {$20000.00} credit line. I pay the balance in full. However, after a payment is made and posted, the credit balance does not reflect such on the available credit resulting in erroneous interest charges being assessed SEE ATTACHMENT. IT shows a balance of still owing of {$17.00} when clearly it has already been paid. The {$20000.00} credit line only shows {$14000.00} when it should reflect {$20000.00}. ISSUE # 2 As per the Agreement, cash advances are assessed daily at XXXX interest ( ie XXXX ) computes the daily rate times the days. Why is an additional computation done for the AMOUNT? the contract only states THE INTEREST RATENO AMOUNT should be considered. This is just an underhanded way to assess a higher daily rate. the amount relevant pursuant to the Agreement is XXXX % for cash advances and 14.65 % for the use of the credit card IF NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
