as of XX/XX/2022 Experian Credit reporting is showing fraudulent information about back owed child support. I have contacted the State of South Dakota, Wyoming, and Texas and all states show my child support as being paid in full and no delinquent payments are outstanding, nor did late payments take place as Experian is showing. When contacted I was notified that due to how Experian calculated their entries the delinquency will not be removed. This is slander and fraud. Their Fraudulent entries have affected my life due to a negative mark on my credit report. State representative from the South Dakota XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has also verified with me via the phone that she has full knowledge that Experian is falsely displaying delinquencies for individuals even with their records showing different.
