Village Capital Mortgage XX/XX/XXXX Tried to log in to my mortgage account to check on taxes. Says login not recognized. I have had a mortgage with this company for over 12 years. Refinanced the loan in XXXX and went through the process of establishing the new loan on line. Now, it's a problem because- not only can I NOT login to check on the loan, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN CALLING DURING BUSINESS HOURS. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Same exact issue. All I want is someone to help me to be able to access my account online so I don't have to CALL. ALSO - you would think making millions off of their consumers, they'd do better on their hold music. I understand they probably want you to hang up, but geez. They know how long their customers wait. A mortgage is a very pricey and important account. If these people can't keep up they need to sell their mortgages and shut down.
