In XXXX, My boyfriend, XXXX XXXX XXXXnd I contacted SunTrust Truist Bank about our Home Morgage Loan that was in default, we had both been out of work for well over 2 years due to the pandemic and couldn't pay our mortgage, however when I contacted the bank, they instructed me to go on their website and download their paper work for their home Preservation documents, however when I done that, they denied us any help, they informed me that they couldn't help us because they didn't have time to review our documents, but we had started sending them our paper work the first week of XXXX but they kept stringing me along telling me that they had lost the paper work or that I needed to add another form until finally they sent us a letter saying that they couldn't help us. I even contacted the XXXX XXXX and ask them for help and they denied me any help as well. I just don't understand where the funds are going to that our government sent to these Programs to help people who are struggling, yet the ones of us who are really struggling can't get any help. Long story short, we are going to be out of our home, with no where to go and no one to help us, when I have seen people with my own eyes that have received {$11000.00} from these programs and they don't even pay rent. And then the ones of us who need their help, they turn their heads the opposite way, is it something personal, is their something I missed? Perhaps I should have lied to them like the other people and maybe they would have helped me. I feel like the bank forclosed on XXXX illegally while we were trying to get help and being reviewed for eligibility, they violated their due diligence and the Duel Tracking Laws. Please help us
