I have a XXXX XXXX MasterCard that has larger balance on it. We were approved for a credit card with XXXX XXXX that had a promotional 0 % interest on balance transfers for a year. Perfect by not dealing with interest we can easily pay off the balance. The balance transfer, {$4700.00}, was approved on XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I checked and that amount has not been applied to the XXXX XXXX card. When I contact the company I am being told it could take up to 4 weeks to be applied. I have transferred balances in the past and NEVER had this issue with other companies. So even though XXXX XXXX has been paid I am still paying interest on a balance that should not be on that card any longer.
