I have insurance with XXXX, tests were done by my doctor and sent to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX had one letter wrong in my insurance group ID number,, so Insurance denied claim. I called numerous times quest and had my group ID number corrected, requested several times to submit new claim with correct number, but they never gave me new claim number. My insurance company is asking for claim and claim number in order to pay it. now XXXX XXXX in Illinois is telling me they send my bill to collections company and I have to pay only to collection company full amount even though they have contracted rates with XXXX and XXXX will honor all claims as long as its not 1 year old. Collection company telling me they will report it to credit borough and it will ruin my credit.
