I received an email promotion on XX/XX/21 stating if I opened an account I would receive {$20.00}. I never received this bonus and today I was told I had to add {$10.00} but nowhere in the promotion does it say that. It has been more than 10 bus9ness days. I was also supposed to get {$10.00} for credit monitoring which I never received, and {$50.00} for a referral bonus. You confirmed the referral was done successfully, but I only received 500 points which equals {$5.00} not {$50.00}. I am missing 4500 points for this referral. I have chatted three times with zero resolution. This is a classic bait and switch and I would like the funds totaling {$80.00} added to my account immediately.
