I have an issue with XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion. I have sent multiple letters to which none of them have replied. The only thing they've done is reinsert information that was deleted from my credit report, in which none of them have sent me reinsertion letters and this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. After numerous attempts I am filing this complaint because it is beyond me how someone can just ignore you and there is incorrect information being reported on my credit report. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act all information across all three credit bureaus must be identical, however, neither of these credit reporting agencies are reporting anything the same which is a violation of my rights as a consumer. I ask that all incorrect information be removed from my credit report immediately, or I will have to handle this situation in my best interest.
