My loan is/was with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was on a forbearance plan which terminated on XX/XX/XXXX. I signed up for a junior mortgage and was to begin making payments again on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX supposedly sold my loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which has no record of my mortgage. When speaking with XXXX on today, XXXX ( XXXX ) stated she could take my payment over the phone. I stated I wanted to pay online. I was then transferred to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), who told me that I could not pay online because I had written too many bad checks. I told XXXX I had never written a bad check in my life and had been paying online since they bought my loan in XXXX. XXXX then transferred me to XXXX ( XXXX ), a supervisor, who said my loan was in the process of being sold/transferred. I asked XXXX how do I pay if the new company says they have no record of my loan and he said their was nothing he could do. I am also concerned with the fact that I completed junior loan paperwork with Lakeview Loan Servicing, yet, they sold/transferred my loan.
