This company has unlawfully repossessed and sold the vehicle. The vehicle was repossessed in XXXX. This company continues to report fraudulently using my data in violation pursuant to 15 USC 1681A ( 2 ) ( b ) by furnishing an account that was created from my credit card or similar device and continues to use my credit card data in unauthorized factions that I never gave permission directly or indirectly. This company is advertising that I alledgedly owe when I do not. There is no debt sold because the product has been sold. CNAC is violation of 15 USC 1681B for furnishing a consumer report without my consent. They continue to use the Credit Reporting Agency 's to furnish a deceptive form on my report to make it seem as if there is a debt owed which is a violation of 15 USC 1692J. This company has committed fraud through mail as well as aggravated identity theft by acting on my behalf with my data pursuant to 18 USC 1028.
