On XX/XX/2021, I contact the CRA to via certified mail to dispute erroneous accounts on my consumer report. After about two and a half weeks, the CRA reported back that the information came back verified from the original creditor, which is wholly inaccurate, as I am the original creditor pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( l ). On XX/XX/2021, I contacted the CRA again, to request that those same accounts be removed again. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ), these accounts being listed are again in direct violation of the FCRA and should have been deleted on XX/XX/2021 when the first disputes were mailed out and should not have come back verified.
