On XX/XX/2021 i loaded {$500.00} on to my Chime Account card. The only money I had TO MY NAME. I used it at a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for breakfast. Later that afternoon on XX/XX/2021, I went to a local bank and tried to use the ATM. After trying to use the ATM, I received an email from CHIME stating they closed my account. They took WHAT I HAD TO MY NAME and what I had left after XXXX. Now how am I supposed to get my kids what they need??? I have tried to call them and when I do, it says they recognize the phone number and my account is closed. I have tried to send MULTIPLE emails and have had NO RESPONSE to their 24/7 customer service statement. I have advised them I would send proof of identity and still no reply. I have also advised them if they do not handle this matter, I will contact my attorney. No response.
