In this dispute letter to Experian, I requested the VERIFICATION of an item on my Experian Consumer Report in the form of a XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy " furnished '' by the US Bankruptcy Court in XXXX, New Jersey. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE OF ANY KIND from Experian within their legally allowed time period of XXXX, from the date of receipt by a company representative signing/stamping the USPS Certified return postcard . ( XX/XX/2021 - Experian Company Representative : XXXX XXXX. ) It has been approximately 60 DAYS from the date of receipt by a company representative and STILL this UNVERIFIED item remains on my Experian Consumer Report!
