Started in XX/XX/XXXX until the day before closing. Ambassador Mortgage had me waiting on clear to close documents and never send it to tile company the day before I got a text stating she still working on paper work. I paid XXXX.to secure the house plus inspection, appraisal twice and i walk through, signed paperwork to have the utility cut on. I discussed with her how long it would take to have a clear to close.by time i have send all my paperwork and more. After servical weeks i ask her to send my doc over to another agent. she wouldn't transfer my paperwork XX/XX/XXXX to another agent because I kept asking can you get it done she said yes I'm working it I will have in your house. The day of closing no paperwork. My contact was canceled.
