I had a recent dispute with Experian. There a few items that remained on my report after the investigation. The FCRA states the consumer reporting agency was to conduct an interview with neighbors, friends, and associates as a part of the investigative consumer report. It also says that such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. I challenge Experian to provide the evidence under penalty of perjury that the organization conducted such interviews. I also had 2 late payment from XXXX XXXX that shall be removed immediately. I have a letter from the organization stating that the items were not to be reported.
