When I applied for my loan, my monthly payment was to be {$68.00}. My payments haven been taken out every two weeks so I have have been paying twice that. I didn't realize until a few months of paying that Upstart had been debiting my account twice a month instead of monthly. I pulled up an old email just to ensure I was not mistaken and it clearly says my " monthly payment of {$68.00} is due on the XXXX ''. Lastly, my account center now says that my monthly payment is {$130.00}, which is not correct. The only conclusion I can make is that my payment arrangement that I originally agreed to was doubled without my consent.
