In XX/XX/XXXX I found out someone opened a online checking and savings account in my name through Wells Fargo..I immediately contacted them..went through the whole fraud process and was told the accounts were frozen then ultimately closed.. But today XX/XX/XXXX I receive a text alert from Wells Fargo that my card with them is frozen due to suspicious activity and to click the link to resolve the problem..I do not have a account with them..so either they never closed the account i initially reported like they claimed or they allowed someone else to open yet another online account in my name not even a couple months after going through their fraud procedure..I called today but its a holiday and was told to call back monday..i am beyond sick and tired of Wells Fargo!! I have never done business with this Bank besides having my identity stolen through them..my name is a very unusual name which is even more concerning..please help me..they are just allowing this to happen!!
