I was interested in laser hair removal from XXXX XXXX. I spoke with consultant over the phone amd we set up everything when I was accepted for a loan from fortiva. However, my first appointment was not for approx 2 months away now mind you I have never even stepped foot in an office nor was there a fee for the consultation and they were calling me before I even had any services or appointments telling me my payment was passed due. It is still in my credit they were suppose to send a letter closing it and I'm still being harrased at XXXX and sometimes XXXX at night thank you for investigating this.
