On XXXX XXXX. 2020 I submitted a letter to Homebridge Financial for assistance because I got behind in mortgage payments due to getting XXXX. I was not able to work a full schedule because I was too weak. ( Im a XXXX, got XXXX from my patient ) I had to qualify for one of their programs. I finally qualified for one of their programs. I started dealing with XXXX XXXX in the loan modification Dept. I followed all his instruct to the t because I wanted a loan modification for a lower payment. I believe I made 11 or 12 payments between $ 860- $ 900 monthly. In the meantime they sold my loan toXXXX XXXXXXXX and still kept collecting monies from me. XXXX XXXX said that I would be getting a loan modification soon. He also requested that I NOT contact XXXX XXXX because it would be counter productive. These payments to Homebridge were made with a card called XXXX XXXX. I dont have any receipts but I do have some of these cards I. My possession. I eventually called XXXX mortgage because my husband said it sounded like a scam. And he was right. My house is in foreclosureand I owe & XXXX to XXXX mortgage. I only get a recording when I call Homebridge Financial. And XXXX XXXX does not take my calls anymore. I got scammed from this mortgage company. I need all my money back that I gave to XXXX XXXX for a loan modification that never happened. He lied and cheated for Homebridge. And I am currently in foreclosure.
