It looks like someone hacked my cellphone and logged into my business bank account and made a direct wire payment of {$24000.00} to three people that I never recognized on XX/XX/2021. I immediately reported to the customer service on same day around XXXX but he told me to leave a message to claim department because the claim department is closed. So I left a message and called early morning in next day and made a claim on XX/XX/2021. I received first responds around XX/XX/XXXX that they denied my claim because my ID and Password were used to make this transaction. I reclaimed again and provided police report and federal Identity Theft report to show my ID and Password got stolen by somehow. However, my claim was denied again in XX/XX/2021. Now, they don't allow me to appeal and forced to close my case. Even though their IP record shows that someone logged in from 4 different states, DC, TX, FL, and WI recently and my contact number was changed to the number that I never used, they still don't take my case as a fraud. Please be advised that the issues described in this complaint will be shared with the financial institution or company in question.
