Disputing late payments reported for XXXX XXXX account on 3 credit reports. All 3 credit reports should reflect On Time payments from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX. XXXX XXXX reported late payments on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account on all 3 credit reports as a retaliation measure because I filed a CFPB complaint against the firm prior to car payoff. See attached CFPB Complaint Response from XXXX XXXX. Attached Cashier Check for car payoff was cashed by XXXX XXXX. As written on Cashier Check for car payoff Credit Acceptance was ONLY to cash the check if ALL payment history from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX reflected on time payments. XXXX XXXX cashed this check therefore ALL payment history from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX should show ON TIME payments ( not late payments ). Payment history should show on time payments or an X for unknown payment history. Account was on auto pay from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX. Account was protected by applicable NYS Covid laws in XXXX and XXXX. XXXX XXXX was contacted in writing and via telephone to correct the payment history to show ON TIME PAYMENTS but the firm refuses to make this correction.
